Hi there!
Maybe I am missing it, but is there an admin email notification once someone books an appointment? I see that there is an option to send all emails to a different email address, but nothing that's along the lines of "you have a new booking on Dec 15, 2020 for this service". Am I missing something or is that not possible?

Specifically - no, we don't have that, but the option to send all email notifications to additional email addresses is used just for that purpose.
You'd enter your admin email there, and you will receive all emails sent to the employee and to the customer.
