We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I have an issue with the new update.I currently have the updated amelia plugin which has been working fine however, since the new wordpress update i get this in the error code

I am supposed to be launching my website tomorrow evening, is there any way this can be fixed please or what do you think the issue is i have updated the plugin also so i don't know why it has happened is it incompatible or ....? Please would appreciate your help.
Hello Michael
Did you maybe enable MetaData and Description sending in Amelia Settings/Payment settings?
If you did, there's a fix for that issue.
Just replace the file ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/src/Infrastructure/WP/Integrations/WooCommerce/WooCommerceService.php with the file attached to my response, and that's it.
We will include the fix in our next update, so you won't need to do it again.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hello there im not sure if i done that. As soon as i updated that plugin this is when it started giving issues i just thank God my website was not live because my clients would literally kill me. After the update it literally started acting up. How do i insert that file in please could you tell me how exactly to do it so i dont mess up anything.
Hi again Michael
The update has been out there for over 2 weeks, and we have a lot of customers using WooCommerce. None of them reported an issue like this. The issue related to metaData is not causing any issues with the functioning of the plugin, but is only showing some warnings.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Thank you. So are you aware of this fix and what caused it because I would like to prevent it in the future. Also for safety reasons can Amelia data be put into an old backup and the appointments and staff still show? Lastly do I have update Amelia when there is an update. Thank you
Hello again Michael
Yes, we are aware of the issue, and it will be included in the next update. There's nothing you need to do to prevent it.
You can create a back-up of your website at this moment, using some backup plugin, and if there are some issues when you update a plugin or the theme you can roll back.
It's advisable to update the plugin when it updates, since older versions are not supported, and should only be used for testing purposes.
