We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Is it possible that an employee has several services but that each one is enabled during some days of the year?
For example, I need employee A to have two services.
The first service is available on February 7, 8 and 9.
and the other service is available from 7 to 25 February.
How can I set up amelia to do this?
Hello Raúl
Thank you for your purchase.
You can remove your employee's working hours from his profile, and add only Special Days. There you can define on which days the employee will work, and on which services.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

For example,
employee A has service 1 on 7,8 and 9 January, and also service B which is on 10,11 and 12 January...
do you understand the idea of what I need to do?
thanks
other think,... how can configure an employee hours like these:
9.30 to 19.30
only see 9.00 / 19.00
need 9.30 / 19.30.
wait your help. thanks
Hello again Raúl
Ti be able to create appointments or configure working hours in 30-minute intervals, please go to Amelia settings/general settings and choose the default time slot step to be 30 minutes.
Create your services and your employee.
Then go to employee's special days tab and add a new special day. Select the date range from January 7th - January 9th; enter employees working hours to be 09:30 - 19:30 and select to which service this special day applies to from the drop down.
Save that special day, and add a new one, ranging from January 10th until January 12th; enter employees working hours to be 09:30 - 19:30 and select to which service this special day applies to from the drop down.
It's really simple, just try following my advice.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
