We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

    Since yesterday, 


    i have a problem with my google calendar and amelia. 


    The amelia plugin don't see appointments yet on my calendar google and purpose this appointments yet occuped as disponibilities..


    I'ts very urgent to correct this cause, at the same time on appointment, i can have two persons on the same appointment (the first one on my office and the second on by zoom)...impossible 


    I have tried to desactived and reactived amelia but it's the same. 


    Pb with 2.9.2 version and still with uptdate to 2.9.3..

    Hello Pascal, 

    If I understood correctly event from Google are not blocked for booking in Amelia . If this is it, please check if the option Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots  in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations -> Google Calendar Settings is enabled and if the events in Google have status Busy. 

    Also, if you have some bigger number of Busy events in Google please increase the number for the option Maximum Number Of Events Returned:  , which you will find in Google Calendar Settings as well. It is set to 50 by default, but you maybe have more Google events that should be blocked.
