In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I cannot figure out how to do the recurring appointments. I am trying to sell a 3-month coaching program and would like to offer payment plans and allow them to schedule each session.

You can read about recurring appointments - how to set them up and their options here. There isn't a time limit that you can set for the recurring appointments, and you can't limit the number of appointments customers will book - they can book any number of appointments they want.
What you are referring to is more like a Packages feature, which isn't available in Amelia with its current built-in features, unfortunately. But we are working on this feature now, and it will be implemented in one of the following updates, we can't say exactly when it will be but it should be soon.
