You can always download the plugin from our store https://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received after you purchased the plugin.
If you tried to install the plugin by uploading the ameliabooking.zip file into WordPress, and you saw "The link you have followed" has expired error, that's a WordPress error indicating your upload limit in php.ini file is lower than the size of our plugin. Please take a look at the attached article, to see how you can resolve the issue.
If you don't increase the limit, you'll face the same issue with another plugin which is larger than the defined limit.
Sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with updating the plugin.
As for the refund. Our refund policy is 15 days.
So in order to ask for refund:
Please log into http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button.
If you don't see it, and you're using a screen with width lower than 1600px, you will need to scroll through that screen horizontally to see the button.
After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:
That means that the refund request is successfully submitted, and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.
Installed Lite. Then purchased Amelia. Tried to download. Timed out. Now I get a message that the link has expired.

Fix your instructions so that they fit the software. It is not Wordpress's fault, its yours.
Anyway, I've replaced your plugin with another solution that actually works.
It seems you will not refund my purchase so I will now dispute the charge.
