We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi
After I've put 11 categories and a few services to 1 specific category, i've tested it at the frontend and everything was working well.
Back in the backend, all the categories are disapeared. When I start all over with adding a category, number off category is 12.
When want to add a service to the category, I can not select an employee, but under tab employees: the person is added. There I can see the services that I added before, but these aren't visibel under tab servces.
I logged out and in, I cleared cache, I did updates, but nothing helps....
Hello Janis
Thank you for your purchase.
I suppose you booked an appointment while logged into your administrator account. If you did that, your admin account was linked to a customer, and that caused the issue (since the customer can't see services, categories, employees, etc.). You should either delete the customer with your admin email, or change the email of that customer. After that you will be able to see everything normally.
If you're not able to see the Customers section either, just create another (temporary) admin user, which will be able to see all categories, services, employees, etc. and that admin will be able to remove the customer.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
