We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

I have this employee who cannot change her own opening hours.

After changing she gets this message: Reauthorize:true

I did try to let het logout and login, but wasn't helping.

Is this familiar? What can I do?

With my admin account it was possible to change the working hours. But I'd like to have it working in the future.

    Thx!

    Laurent

    Hi!

I've just checked, and there is only one WP user with that email adress. There are also no customers with that adress. I'll send you the credantials in another reply.

    Hi Marija

In an other ticket you made the suggestion to use the "user role editor". If the employee role doesn't work, I'll give them the manager role. However, I think they have to much rights with that.

I think I've made a feature request on that, but don't know for sure. Is there a way to see my own made requests?

    Thx,

    Laurent

    Hi Laurent,

There isn't a possibility to look for your own request on the feature request page, but you can see if there is such request in the list there, and if there isn't you can suggest it.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
