I have tried contacting regarding the wrong email being used to receive notifications through our booking system on our website. I originally paid for Ameilia Software using the email address: [email protected] however that is my personal email address and not the email I want any notifications send to when customers book or register through the website. I really need someone to help me with redirecting all mail to [email protected] which is my business email. We will soon have an influx of bookings being made and this will cause bookings and notifications to go unnoticed. PLEASE HELP!!
Your ticket seems to be referencing the email notifications sent by Amelia to your customers, right? If that's true, you can simply go to Amelia Settings/Notifications, and set from which email will notifications be sent. Please go through our documentation.
Thank you for your response but unfortunately i have tried numerous times but it only see forms to be any notifications from customers making enquiries and any completed vacancy forms.

Please explain in a bit more detail what your exact problem is (add some screenshots, please) and provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
