Shortcodes and Checkout

1º When I set the shortcode in a WP page for only displaying the service with ID:1, with this:

    [ameliabooking service=1]

The page displays both services, with ID:1 and ID:2

    Check in this page:

    https://doctorcueva.com/reserva-consulta-online-inicial/

2º May I customize the Checkout page after booking an appointment?

I mean, to add a Disclaimer or Warranty paragraph with a link, or maybe a paragraph with a checkbox to mark above the credit card fields.

    Thanks.

    Hello Luis,

    1.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    2. You can use Custom fields for that in Amelia - you can add custom fields to the booking form, there are several types and they can be mandatory or not. The Text content custom field is the only one at the moment that support HTML, so with it you can add a link there. You can read more about the custom fields here

    Hi Marija

Well it´s true the issue appears only when I´m logged out.

But I don´t think it´s SG Optimezer issue.

I excluded the page url in SG Optimizer, and also deactivated the dynamic cache (see attachments); after purging cache in both situations and testing in anonymous browser, the issue remains.

    What else can be?

    Luis

    Hi Luis,

There is probably some conflict with some plugin/theme or some setting on your website, as it can't happen by default in Amelia - it is the same whether a user is logged in or logged out. Could you please update the page , clear cache and check if the issue is still there? If it is, could you deactivate SG Optimizer so we could check that the issue isn't coming from its settings ?
