In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We are a German IT company making a "hub" for a client using WP. We would like to know if wpDataTables supports:
- exportable charts, beside exportable sheets (.pdf, .xls)?
- hiding certain reports according to WP roles?
- is it possible to expand reports, change and delete parameters once the sheet is already made?

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
1. You can only export Highcharts into PNG, JPEG, PDF and SVG
2. There's no way to hide tables depending on the user role, but you can post wpDataTables on certain pages, and use membership plugins to limit who has access to those pages.
3. Sure, if the table is manual, imported or SQL Query based table, you will be able to edit it and add new data if you want.
