Hello, I'm unable to save customization colors in Amelia backend, I get an error (screenshot 1). Also the front end looks completely different from the examples I see on your site (screenshot 2). What am I doing wrong here?
Using Elementor pro x Astra pro on this website but I set the shortcuts in the Wordpress editor, I didn't edit these Amelia shortcode pages with Elementor.

Thank you for your purchase.
You either have SG Optimizer plugin installed, which is using "Combine CSS files" for front-end and is causing Amelia's styles not to be loaded; or there's another similar plugin which is doing this.
You should disable that option and delete cache, and that should resolve the issue.
Also, the issue here could be that your wp-content folder doesn't have "write" capabilities, so Amelia can't create its CSS and JS files.
