I am wanting to have the plugin show the same look as the "Book an Appointment" on https://sports.wpamelia.com/ demo page. I have tried several shortcodes but still cannot get it to look the same. I just need help in figuring this out. Would this have anything to do with the Bridge theme? If so I cannot change themes since it would effect our entire site.

    Hello Jeromy,

    Thank you for your purchase.

The shortcode for the 'Book an appointment ' page on the demo is the [ameliabooking] shortcode - step by step booking view. Please note that you have to have more employees/services/locations in order to have the selections on the first step (if you don't have that). There isn't anything customized on the demo site, that is the default view of this booking form in Amelia. Just the colors are changed on the Amelia -> Customize page. Could you please tell me on what exactly are you referring to when you say it isn't the same for you? I can't access the URL you provided here so I can't see how Amelia looks like on your website. You can send screenshots if possible.

Thank you for getting back with me on this. I do have about 3-4 employees listed and a few services. Here is a screenshot of what I'm seeing on our page. Basically the biggest problem is the calendar is totally different than the one on the demo page.

    You are welcome, Jeromy.

Could you please tell me do you maybe have Siteground Optimizer? If you do have it could you please disable it and check if this solves the issue. We had several users with some front-end issues and it was coming from SG Optimizer. If Amelia works fine when SG Optimizer is disabled there is probably some setting that you should change there to allow Amelia to load properly on the front-end - you can probably exclude Amelia page from JS/CSS/HTML optimize in SG Optimizer .

I checked and I don't seem to have SG Optimizer installed. I was hoping I did so I could disable it, but I don't.
I don't know if this helps or matters, but I have also noticed that on the Amelia "Customize" page....it won't allow me to change the color of the calendar on the back end. That may not be important right now since I'm trying to get the front end to look right....but just thought I would mention it.

    Hello Jeromy,

Could you please go to Amelia -> Customize page and click on Reset button first there and then on Save? Delete cache afterwards and check if the issue is gone.

Please let me know if this helped!

Thank you so much...that fixed everything!!

I did have another question about the calendar that pops up after selecting a teacher. The calendar color looks fine but is there any way to have the times show up white so they are easier to see? Right now when you hover over them they do turn a light grey but are still hard to tell you are selecting that particular time. Thanks so much for your help....I'm very glad for your help.

You are welcome, Jeromy. Glad to see that the issue is gone, thank you for letting me know.

I can't access the page as it is draft page, unfortunately, so I am not sure on what exactly are you referring to, as I can't see it. If you want to change the default color, you can probably change colors by adding some custom CSS to the page, but I would need to access it and know what exactly do you want to change in order to help out.

I totally understand....I took a screenshot to show you what I meant about the times not showing up in white. Just let me know if you need me to do anything else. When you hover over the times, it does turn like a super light grey, but it's really hard to see. I was hoping the block of time would show up more in full white instead of super light grey.

Here is the look of what I'm talking about on your demo site.

Also one more thing....I would love to see if it's possible to get rid of the blue stripe on the right hand side. Is there something I can do to make that go away? This is from our website...in other words this is how it currently looks on our site.

    Hello Jeromy,

Apologies for replying a bit later, we don't work on weekends.

Regarding the color on the time slots - it is the same on the demo site as well, if you click on the time slot it will be white (like in the screenshot from the demo), but if you just hover it will be light violet, just like on your website

Does it not get white on your website when you click on one of the time slots?

For removing the blue stripe, there isn't an option for removing it, unfortunately. That is the calendar background color from the next step - so if you change the color of the calendar the color of the stripe would change as well, there isn't a possibility of changing the stripe's color only, unfortunately.

Thank you so much...I REALLY appreciate your customer service! You have been very helpful. I did have another question. I am wanting customers to be able to only purchase 4 lessons at a time(monthly) and not be able to just buy one lesson at a time. Is that possible with Amelia? I'm using WooCommerce for processing payments since we already have that setup on the backend of our website.

    You are welcome, Jeromy!

Glad to see that, thank yousmile.png

There isn't such possibility in Amelia with its current features, unfortunately. There isn't a limit that you can set for your customers - for the number of appointments they need to book at a time. There is the recurring appointments feature, but with them as well, customers can book as many appointments as they wish, they can book 1 or many, it depends on them, there isn't a possibility for you to set a limit on that. But we are currently working on the Packages feature for Amelia, which should be implemented soon (we can't say exactly when yet though, and in which Amelia licenses will it be included) and with it you will be able to create packages - with a set number of appointments so when customers book/pay these they have a set number of appointments they should book.

P.S. When you have questions or issues which are not related to the active ticket please open a new one, and we will gladly help you there. This way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in different tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket. Thank you for understanding!
