Tables per admin page doesn't have anything to do with what you're asking. It's used to limit the number of tables in the wpDataTables section, not the number of rows per table.
You can set the default number of rows in the display tab above the table.
I Just want to display a search box and 1 row of 2 columns result.
The backend will have over 20,000 rows
