I find the documentation on Google calendar very poor, can't find how 2 sync work ...
When i book on the front-end, everything work fine, the booking appear on Google calendar, the problem is that every slot is bookable.
I tried like the exemple to create "busy" events on google calendar but there's no effect on the front-end booking app, every day and hour is bookable
There's nothing on the docs on the exact features of the the google calendar intégration, eg. is it possible to cancel a booking from google calendar ? move a booking from google calendar ? etc.
I've posted another thread about this but always no response since 2 days very poor doc, very poor support, very bad app ??? why the support answer to others posts and not mine ?

Just to clarify:
Amelia doesn't yet have a full 2-way synchronization. Appointments created in Amelia will be created as Busy Events in the connected employee's Google Calendar. If you create a busy event in Google Calendar, that time slot will only be removed from the employee in Amelia, but you will not see that event created in Amelia.
You can't cancel or reschedule appointments from within Google Calendar yet, unfortunately. We plan to develop the full 2-way synchronization in the future, but I can't say when exactly it will be included.

Yes, if you create a booking on your calendar side it won't be reflected in Amelia.
