I have one location with multiple services and different trainers. But my location is limited to 10 people at a time. Is there a way to limit bookings of any service once the location full, even if the agenda of a trainer still has free slots, but location is fully booked.
Unfortunately, at the moment we don't have capacity per location.
Can you tell me which services you have, how many employees are assigned, if employees can work with multiple people at a time, and so on? As much detail as possible, please, and I'll try to find a workaround for your use case.
basically we have one GYM location. It has 3 personnel trainers + free access (on booking).
So for example, between 10 am and 11am, 7 people are booked as free access (use of equipment,...) and each personal trainer is booked for 1 hour. So total people inside the GYM is now 10 people. We cannot exceed 10, so how do we block people from booking extra space in the gym for this time slot ? May be some limitation for service "free access" ? Is that even possible ?
Well, it comes to mind to add another employee (which would not be an actual person).
That employee would work on a "Free access" service, that has a maximum capacity set to 7. So, people can book that service until the maximum of 7 people fill the time slot. After that, the service will become unavailable.
Then, each of your trainers can work on their services which have capacity set to 1. Once someone books an appointment with them, they are no longer available for others.
