When I did the latest update for my WordPress site, my website collapsed, it did not work, and I had to deactivate this plug-in. Can you help me see what's going on please?

If your whole website went down, it's most likely not related to Amelia.
Version 2.9.3 has been released 2 weeks ago, and no one faced this issue. I don't understand what the actual issue is, though. Are you not able to activate the plugin on your website, or the license in Amelia settings? Can you explain in a bit more detail, please?
