If you are not familiar with setting up cron jobs on your website, our recommendation is for you to use the plugin WP Crontrol for this purpose. You will find a detailed instructions with screenshots on how to set up a cron for Amelia using this plugin in our FAQ section. Just type cron in the Search bar on that page and you will find the instructions.
