We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hello, I'm unable to activate the Amelia plugin. I'm unable to fill in the purchase code/licence key, it says to upgrade (see screenshot). When I try to upload the plugin that came with the subscripton, I get an error message: "the link you followed has expired".

My client needs this to work asap, I don't see why I can't enter the purchase code and why the zip file is not working when I upload this to Wordpress? She purchased Amelia about an hour ago.

    Thanks!

I've tried uploading the plugin we got via file manager (through the host with ftp), which succeeded, but when I try to activate it in Wordpress I get the following error:

Warning: require_once(/var/www/clients/client19363/web44010/web/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/vendor/autoload.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/clients/client19363/web44010/web/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/ameliabooking.php on line 128

Can someone help me asap please?

    Hello Sofie

    Thank you for your purchase.

The "Link you have followed has expired" is WordPress' error, not Amelia's. It's occurring because your server's upload limit is less than the size of our plugin. You can read the attached article, and that will help you resolve the issue. If you don't fix this (increase the upload limit), you will have the same problem with all plugins that are larger than the upload limit defined in your php.ini file.

It seems like the manual installation didn't copy everything into corresponding folders. Maybe this is an issue with read/write permissions on your server - if the folders don't have necessary permissions, not all files will be copied, and the plugin will not be able to function properly. Please reach out to your hosting provider about this.

If you see "This feature is available in full version", that means that you've installed the lite version of the plugin, and that has to be deleted, and the full version installed (the one you can download from https://store.tms-plugins.com/).Are You Getting “The link you followed has expired” Error in WordPress?

    Kind Regards,
