I can't log into your site. I try create a new password. Your system emails me, saying "use this one" and it doesn't work. So I'm using a new account.
Often, when my clients make a booking, they receive this email (this was my latest booking)

Once again, the Zoom links are not working. Nothing has changed my side. It works for some, not for others. Your tech took a look last time, found nothing wrong.

Sorry about that, Ticksy is a platform that we use, it isn't our product, but we will forward the issue to be checked.
Could you please tell me is this for all booking (for all events) ? Are they all booking on the front-end? Do you have a Zoom user connected to all events and if yes, could you please check if you have Zoom links created in the back-end in all events ? When you edit/open the event in the back-end you should see the Zoom links there.
