We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
how can I set up customer information sync to employee's google calendar ?
the first question,
my employee's have received the email, but there is no customer information, such as name, phone number, address, etc., whatever I set in the custom field. Because we are a door-to-door service company, the information is very important for us.
The second question is:
I opened my employee’s email and received , but her Google calendar is not automatically synchronized. Is there any way to automatically synchronize my guest information directly to employee's Google calendar? Thank you
Hello,
Thank you for your message.
You can find a tutorial on how to setup your Google Calendar here:

This information won't be sent via notifications., it's not possible in Amelia. You can only setup custom fields where you can gather this information and add a placeholder in the notification based on the custom fields.

I am afraid it's not available in Amelia, sorry.
Do you mean that my coworker can not automatically have customer information? So if my team uses this plugin, i will have extra work, because I have to enter Wordpress to get client information then send to my coworker every time. such as address, because we are door to door service.I HOPE AMELIA CAN IMPROVE.
I meant the customer information won't be included in the notification email:
