We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Is it possible to display all booking form customer answers in the pending or approval notification emails to employees? We want to be able to see the customer's contact information in Google Calendar events without having to go into Wordpress.
Hi Mike,
You can have information from the custom fields, or the other customers' and appointments' information in the email notifications by adding placeholders for that to the Message fields of these notifications on the Amelia -> Notifications page. When you click on </> Show Email Placeholders on this page , you will see all of the placeholders (information) that you can add to email notifications. By clicking on a placeholder you copy it and then you just need to paste it to the Message field of the notification you want.
This applies to Google calendar events as well, for any information about appointments in Amelia, you want to have in your Google calendar, you can add placeholders to the fields Event Title and Event Description which you will find in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations -> Google calendar settings. You are adding there the placeholders from the Amelia -> Notifications page as well.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
