It seems that employees don't always get to see rescheduled appointments in their agenda. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt. How is that possible? We reschedule all appointment with wordpress.
One other thing: when a customer want to change the location for their appoinment, they can only change between employees on the booked location, not select a different location. Customers book a new appoinment, pay again, and we have to refund the first appointment. This is very clumsy and it takes a lot of time from us. Is there a way for customers to switch between locations without having to book a new appointment?

Thank you for your purchase.
1. What you're describing should not be possible. If you're rescheduling appointments, the new times and/or dates should appear in the employee panel. The panel will display the change only when the page is refreshed, but if the page is cached, you may also need to clear cache.
2. Locations are linked to employees, not services, so if a customer wants to change the location (s)he can only do it if there are employees working on that location, at that time, and if they don't have any other appointments scheduled on that location at that time.
