Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
Hi,
my customer would like to know if that possible, in clicking on a planning period , have access to a windows for blocking the time slots for a employee
my employee begin his works 1h later --> i block on the planning the periode 09 am to 10amExample:
i want this blocking period only the day concerned
Hello Hajjar
If I understood you correctly, you want to block that time in a separate calendar, and have the time slot be disabled in Amelia?
That can be done by configuring Google calendar or Outlook calendar integration.
Please explain in a bit more detail if you meant something else.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

I try to show you lol --> in the planning my employee is normally available for this periode
If one day he's not --> i would like put these periods as unavailable exceptionally for one day by example
Hi again Hajjar
You can go to your employee's profile, and either change the working hours for that day (if he's not going to be working those hours every day each week), or you can add a Special day, where you will change your employee's working hours for that specific date.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Yes i know but the key is to act directly in the planning:
- i click on the date --> i select a range time (09h-12h00 by example) --> i choose my employe --> i select unavailable
Thanks for explaining that again, Hajjar, but unfortunately what you're looking for to achieve is not possible with Amelia.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
Kind Regards,
