We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi I have not published online yet - this is the first event we have added.
It is a New Years Eve Party so it goes from 31/12/20 - 1/1/2021
However when I enter those dates the times for 1/1/2021 are greyed out until 19:00.
If I select add date for the 1/1/2021 it looks like a separate event.
How do I add an event that goes from 6.30pm 31/12/2021 - 1am 1/1/2020 as one event? see screenshots of both methods - neither is giving the result I am after
Hello,
Thanks for your message.
I am afraid it's not available in Amelia at the moment, sorry.
You can submit this as a feature request here:
https://wpamelia.cnflx.io/boards/feature-requests
Ok thanks Den
This is a common problem with all events plugins - I purchased this plugin hoping this would not be a a problem. If it can be fixed it would be a huge benefit to events hosted at hotels, bars etc
Cheers
Robyn
Thanks for your feedback Robyn,
If you could submit a feature request, that would be great.
