We are facing an issue when we create events in our Outlook calendar on the desktop app, the event propagates to other machines that are also viewing that calendar (so we think its updating on the server) - but the appoinemnts on the Outlook calendar are then not being synced to the Amelia plugin, and we are dealing with duplicate bookings.
The Google/Outlook synchronisation in Amelia works this way - Amelia appointments are created in Google/Outlook, and Google events are not created in Amelia, but the time slots of Busy events can be blocked for booking only in Amelia.
Events created in either Outlook or Google are only blocked from the employee connected to a certain calendar.
So, if you connected Outlook with Amelia correctly, and connected your employees to their Outlook calendars, 50 eventsĀ (as shown in your screenshot, under "Maximum number of events returned") will be removed from your employees' schedule. You can increase it to maximum 500 events returned for Outlook. Going over that will break this.
So, check if your employees are connected, and increase the maximum number of events returned, and they will be removed from employees' schedule. They will not appear in Amelia though.
Hi there,

Are we missing something?
Cheers,
Daniel
I should also mention I have already enabled "Remove Outlook Calendar Busy Slots" - but still didn't give any success
