HELLO I HAVE ALREADY DONE ALL THE STEPS FOR THE ACTIVATION, BUT I DO TESTS FROM THE FRONT OF MY PAGE AND I DON'T RECEIVE ANY NOTIFICATION, NEITHER THE INFORMATION OF THE RESERVATIONS APPEARS IN THE BACK
Regarding email notifications, please check our instructions for setting this up. If you use SMTP it can be used with Gmail like we provided an example for or any other mail service provider, but you need to have a configuration they need for that. Sometimes using SMTP for some providers like Gmail or similar is not supported by the hosting/server. So you need to check this out with them as well, what configuration is needed for SMTP sending emails on your servers.
If you have some other plugin for this purpose, sending emails/ SMTP, on your website, then you need to choose WP Mail as a Mail service in Amelia and it will use that other plugin's configuration for sending emails.
Let me know if this helped.
Regarding the second issue NEITHER THE INFORMATION OF THE RESERVATIONS APPEARS IN THE BACK
Could you please explain this issue in more details? You book appointments on the front-end and they are not showing up in the back-end on the Amelia -> Appointments page? Have you chosen the right date range in the date picker on the appointments page?
i don't want my notifications to reach gmail, i want to configure amelia so that the notifications reach me at this email [email protected] . could you please tell me what configuration you should have for this email, i'm working with yandex.
the second thing is that, when a client asks for an appointment or makes a reservation in the frontend it does not appear in the backend, could you tell me why that is happening.
Employees and customers receive email notifications in Amelia, so the emails that are added for employees/customers will get the email notifications, not the email that you use for setting up Notifications in Amelia -> Settings -> Notification. You need to first configure email notifications there, by following out instructions, and then employees/customers will get the email notification to their email addresses.
For the second issue, appointments not showing up in Amelia, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look. Also, send me the URL of the front-end page where you have the Amelia booking form so I could book some test appointment.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
hello, i already set up the notifications when a person makes a reservation but it doesn't work. i don't get the notification mail. please thank you for helping me solve this.
