We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi there,

i have a question. Is it somehow possible to create a service where the customer can chose multiple dates/timeslots for the appointment?

e.g. a training which would take place 4 times, each for 1 hour.

I can only see that the customer can chose one timeslot.

    Regards,

    Michael

    Hi Michael,

The only way customer can book several appointments at once in Amelia is with recurring appointments. Besides recurring appointments, there isn't a possibility for customers to book multiple appointments (choose multiple time slots) in one booking with Amelia's current built-in features. Only one appointment can be booked at a time.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.

    Hi,

thanks for the advice. That looks promising.

Is there a way to limit or even better, to set the exact number of recurring appointments?

e.g. We have a service called Consulting package 4x 1h.

At the moment, the customer could book only one timeslot or 999+ timeslots, which is not what we want to have.

    Regards,

    Michael

    Hi Michael,

    You are welcome.

Unfortunately, there isn't a possibility of limiting the number of appointments that could customers book with the recurring appointments feature. We are currently working on the Packages feature for Amelia, and this would be suitable probably for your use case - as with it customers would be able to buy a package of appointments, so buy and book some set number of appointments at once. This feature should be implemented soon, in one of the following updates of Amelia, but we can't say exactly when this will be released.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
