I have a question
I have a service with capacity of 4 people per hour
I have 10 Employee .
The customer should choose any employee he wants and bring friends.
But the capacity per hour of the service should be still 4
I tried to configure it but it seems that the capacity in on employee level and not service level.
If I book employee A for service A at the 10am with 3 friends , that slot for service A should be closed. Instead if I try to reserve he same time slot with an another employee the system allows me to book it.
Ho can I strictly reserve the capacity on a service level ?
