    Hi,

I am still wondering why it is not possible to get the user data in the notifications to the employee with the shortcode %booked_customer%

I asked to fix this some months ago and you told me that will be fixed in a coming update.

How long do we have to wait?

    Hi Heinz,

The %booked_customer% placeholder works fine as I can see in the Approved appointment notifications sent to employees. I looked through your tickets, and as I can see you were talking about  the reminder notification, right? If this is the case, this placeholder doesn't work in these email notifications as this placeholder is for the last customer that booked an appointment (when there is a group appointment) and the reminder notifications sent are for the whole appointment - so for all customers in that appointment, not just for the last booked customer, and this is why this placeholder can't work there. In this notification (reminder) you need to use the customer placeholders instead: so these ones - %customer_full_name% , %customer_phone%, %customer_email% not the %booked_customer% placeholder.

    Thank you Marija

It is about the reminder, you are right. I filled in the new shortcodes and will see next time if it works.
