The events or booking calendar won't show on my site unless the user is logged in, which is not suitable as I need users to see the classes regardless of whether they are logged into the site or not.

    Please help

    Thanks,

    Louise

    Hello Louise,

As I can see you use Siteground optimizer, so please check if this is causing the issue that you have, as we've had users recently with SG optimizer that had issues with Amelia loading on the front-end, unfortunately. Some of its settings/options block Amelia from loading properly on your website. You can deactivate it to see if Amelia will work find afterwards, if it does, you can check out the settings there or contact them and ask them what to change in order to allow Amelia loading properly on the front-end.

Let me know if this helped!

Yes, I spoke to Siteground, they sorted it and now it is working!

    Thank you! :)
