I cannot send a test email and am getting the message: "Error Email has not been sent". I saw other people had a similar issue, hence I checked all of your recommendations: I have checked with my host, Siteground, and taken their recommended SMTP settings to link my Outlook account. And my latest PHP Version is 7.3.25. I have also followed your guidelines on setting up the Notification Settings etc.
I ended up setting up an email with my host (with my domain ending) and linked that with my website and amelia via "WP Mail SMTP" plugin and that worked.
