We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hi, I have two questions about the Amelia plugin.

    1) Do you not offer the option to demand a deposit to secure bookings? I find that very hard to believe in a booking system designed at managing appointments - especially as you have an option to say they cannot reschedule their appointments less than 12 hours in advance.

    2) Do you not allow other payment methods, such as direct debit?

    Hello Alice

    Thank you for your purchase.

    1. Well there is no built in feature for deposits, but there is a workaround. For example if your service cost $20 and if you want to set deposit of 20% to pay online and rest onsite, you can make service where you will set price of $4 (which is 20% of $20) and then explain in service title and description how much is the real price of this service.

In Amelia's General settings, you can choose if you're going to limit your customers for rescheduling or not. Just set the "Minimum time required before canceling/rescheduling" if you need to limit your customers.

    2. Debit and credit cards can be processed through our Stripe integration. Other payment options are PayPal and WooCommerce. At the moment, it is not possible to add other payment methods, but we will expand on that in the future.

    Kind Regards,
