We are working on creating a frontend page for our coaches (employees) to show all their appts and events, which works just fine in displaying the widget and logging them in automatically as a coach. However, we also give our coaches access to also take classes or sign up for events from other coaches, making them essentially customers of those appointments. We have a customer landing page with the customer panel for them, but when we are logged in as employee, it does not allow us to also log in as customer and see the customer panel at the same time.
We've added memberships to the employees and they are also assigned an amelia customer role. But I did notice that Amelia does not add them to it's customer list. I tried to add a coach to Amelia as a customer but it does not see the wordpress user info and will not let me add them as new.
Are we missing something? Or is it not possible to be logged into amelia as both an employee and customer at the same time?
Unfortunately, you can't have one email address saved for multiple users, so an employee can't be signed into a customer profile as well.
You would be able to book an appointment with another employee, but the customer most likely won't be created. Even if the customer is created, you won't be able to link them to the existing WordPress user.

Thanks for the reply Aleksandar. We'll come up with a workaround solution than.
You're welcome Jason.
