We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I have to use WooCommerce for special "instant payments" due to a special plugin for this in Norway.
Somehow, the orders are all "pending" in Woo, even if I have specified in Amelia settings that they are to be "completed".
If I later change the order status inside Woo, this causes Woo to send out emails.
Is there something I need to change somewhere, for orders to get status "completed" in Woo after payment has been received?
Hello Robert
WooCommerce cannot pull statuses from Amelia, nor can Amelia pull statuses from WooCommerce.
Amelia only creates appointments if the status in WooCommerce is set to "Pending", "Processing" or "Completed", but if you set the default appointment status in Amelia to be Pending, it will be pending regardless of what it says in WooCommerce.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Aleksander,
Thanks for the reply.
The problem in my situation, is that I have the Amelia setting to "Completed", yet it shows up in Woo as "Pending".
Brgds
Robert
I understand, Robert, but there's nothing we can do about that.
Amelia creates an appointment with the status you chose in its General Settings, regardless of the payment method.
So, when the payment is received, you need to change its status in WooCommerce.
