I have a horse track booking service. The ownere wants the slot sto be 40 mins long. Is it possible to change the service to 40mins? At the minute I can select 30mins or 1hour intervals but not 40mins. I tried to do 30mins then add a buffer of 10 mins but the buffer zones also work in 30 min increments. Can you help me on this one?

Please try to change your default time slot via Amelia general settings to 5, 10 or 20 minutes, this should solve the issue.

They do develop such solutions, so can you please send your inquiry to them?
3. You're using the form while logged into your WordPress account. You should not be doing that, as it can cause the admin to be linked to an Amelia Customer user. That can produce issues like you not being able to see any pages in back-end (because customers don't have same capabilities as Admins). If you need to book an appointment in your customer's stead, do it either from back-end, or from incognito window.

Sorry, I also wanted to ask. Is it possible to adjust the bookings that they can only be booked for DAYLIGHT hours only?
This racing tracking has no floodlights so they want the booking slots to only be available for booking in daylight hours?
