we have added 'invoice' as payment method to Woo and suggest you add a filter to the finance panel to facilitate invoicing of customers who chose that method.
Thank you for this suggestion, I will forward it to our development team to see what we can do. In our plugin when payment is set to WooCommerce on the finance page you will see a WooCommerce label as a payment type.
