I tried to enter credentials Delete Amelia and reset it again, and it prompts "this credential will be deleted immediately and permanently. once deleted, it can no longer be used to make API request. what should I do next? Since you go to this screen, you successfully configured the integration:
As indicated in our documentation, you may be presented with “This app isn’t verified” screen.
This is happening because the verification is not yet complete, and you simply need to click on “Advanced” and then on “Go to your-website (unsafe)“, and you will be redirected to the next screen where you need to allow Amelia to access the calendar.
Once the Calendar is connected the Google button will change in color and offer an option to “Sign out from Google“, so you’ll know if the synchronization is working.

Are you referring to Amelia's Notifications, or the email invite for the Google Calendar event? The email notifications are sent by Amelia, and they contain the info you added in Amelia/Notifications templates.
The event invite can only contain what you set up in Amelia Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar. There, in the title and the description you can use same placeholders as in Amelia Notifications and they will be added to the event in Google.
If you enabled "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots", busy slots from Google will be removed from your employee's availability, but they will not show in Amelia. As for Amelia's appointments, only new appointments will be added into Google Calendar, the old ones cannot be transferred.
