I'm not sure what's going on with your website until I take a look, but that file can easily be used in wpDataTables:

Something's wrong with your server. Maybe you don't have ZipArchive installed, or the server times out... I don't know.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. 

You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

The ZipArchive is either not installed, or it's not updated. This is the error behind the Critical error on your website:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'ZipArchive' not found in /home/admin/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/lib/phpoffice/phpspreadsheet/src/PhpSpreadsheet/Reader/Xlsx.php

Please reach out to your hosting provider and ask them to install or update ZipArchive.
