We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

    hello, I am very interested in amelia. Is there a field for employees registration? if so, what is the shortcode?

    I am afraid there is no field for employees registration. You can create employees from the backend only.

    1. [ameliaemployeepanel appointments=1 events=1] if you want to show both Appointments and Events,
    2. [ameliaemployeepanel events=1] if you want to show only Events,
    3. [ameliaemployeepanel appointments=1] if you want to show only Appointments in the Employee Panel.

    second question How are the payment status settings in Woocommerce and booking status at Amelia? I want the system to run automatically with a scenario, the appointment will change status automatically when the customer has made a payment through the Woocommerce system.

    third. Can zoom use in appointment? I see on demos, zoom use on event only.

    There is no dependency between Amelia and WooCommerce payment at the moment, sorry.

    You can add zoom links to your appointments via notifications/placeholders, yes.
