Once a customer has been added and I need to update their details, correct a spelling mistake or add a phone number etc, this new information is not saving, why is this?
Have you updated the plugin to v2.9.3? There was an issue when the email is not mandatory for customers - if you are trying to edit a customer without an email address, the plugin wouldn't allow you to do that, even though the email was not mandatory.
That has been fixed with v2.9.3, so please update it.
If you still face the same issue even after you update the plugin, please tell me which customer is having this issue, what you're trying to change and provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
