Did you enable "Remove Outlook Calendar Busy Slots" in Amelia Settings/Integration/Outlook Calendar?
This is needed in order to remove existing Busy Events from Outlook in your employee's calendar.
Also, make sure the Maximum Number of Events Returned doesn't exceed 500 - so select 500 there, and save the settings.
If you did this it should work.
Also, please tell me do you see an Outlook Calendar (a specific calendar) listed in the Employee's profile? If you see an empty drop-down, we will need to take a look at your website and FTP (so that we can debug the plugin).
If this is the case, please leave me a temporary wp-admin user (administrator), and FTP access credentials, so our developers can debug the plugin and see what's going on. Please note that this is a public ticket, so if you're leaving us your credentials, make sure to enable the PRIVATE response.
So, that indicates the connection is established, but it's not authorized in Azure.
One of our developers connected your website to his Azure application, and it worked fine:
After testing, your credentials were re-entered, but you'll need to go through the Outlook calendar integration steps again, to be sure you're copying correct data. If you still can't get it to work, then just send us the log-in credentials for your Azure portal.
Our developer believes that this is a simple issue with the Client-Secret credentials.
Hy, i´ve purchased the plugin - great Work, thank you guys!
I´ve done the complete Configuring in outlook with Azure.
I´ve add an Employee
i´ve sync the Employee with outlook (the Button is now red)
but... there is no sync between outlook an amelia.
The timeslots with events in outlook are even bookable, and when i do a booking in amelia, the event would not be listed in outlook.
Pls. help
Do you have any solution for this? Without the outlook integration it is useless for us...
