Is there a way to allow a user who is assigned a role such as Editor also be Amelia Manager? Please advise how to do it without creating anther user with different email through WordPress.
You would need to install the User Role Editor plugin, which will allow you to assign multiple roles to a single user, then you can simply assign "Amelia Manager" role to your "Editor", and that's it.
