i recently changed the name of my internet page and Amelia is not working on the new domain but only on the old one. I already deactivated the license on the old one and activated it on the new one. Is there anything else I have to take care of?
Problem description: When i submit a booking it is loading forever and not moving to the woocommerce check out. I also cannot create new bookings in the back end. However, i don't get any error message. There is simply nothing happening.
If you migrated your whole website, maybe the migration tool you used didn't transfer Amelia properly from your old domain to the new one.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Sorry, the answer was for the user who opened the ticket, and since they shared some information the replies are private. At the end it wasn't related to migrating websites, if that is what you are asking about. The issue was something else.
If you are asking about website migration, we usually recommend the duplicator plugin, and from version 2.9.2. there are no foreign keys anymore in the database, which caused issues with some migration tools previously, as these keys weren't transferred properly (the prefix wasn't changed in most cases well), so you don't need to worry about this, you shouldn't have issues with any tool/option you use for this.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
I tried all of your proposals including deleting all users in the data bases non of this helps. Coming back to my statement: I still have access to my old domain. So I would have some kind of "security copy". What about following approach: 1) Deleting Amelia completely from the new domain 2) stetting it up from scratch. If it works then the issue was with the integration from the old to the new domain.
In general I would like to avoid setting up all the events again. That was quite some work. All the rest (employees, customers, data, ...) is not important for me.
We can login once again to check this out, but please note all of the steps that I should take/do on the website to reproduce the issue that you have so we can see where the issue is coming from. You can send screenshots of the issue.
Is it the case now that you can book an appointment in the back-end but not on the front-end? Maybe the issue is WooCommerce - Amelia connection, if this is the case.

Does that make sense?
