In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hello! I've spotted an issue with my responsive mobile collapsed view.
With the Base Skin: Light, the table collapses perfectly and the cells are read with the line-breaks <br>.
However, I'd prefer to use the Base Skin: Purple version and the line-breaks are not being read correctly. The HTML is being stripped and all of my line items are smashed together onto one line.
Could you please have a look into this and let me know if there is something I can do to keep the line-breaks in the Purple them. I really think it looks way better than the other Light theme.

Honestly, I'm at a loss here - I guess it's some !important clause in the skin's CSS files, but I can't find it, so this one too has been forwarded to our developer.

Another logic was done for the Purple skin, through flex. You can add this in wpDataTables settings/Custom JS and CSS/Custom CSS field:
