During these covid times, many "appointments" are by phone. Even not in covid times, as a coach/consultant most of my clients are over the phone.
I would like to have three "locations".
1 - Phone.. I would call the client (or they call me)
2 - Zoom.. You have a zoom integration, I have not tried it yet. I would love to see "Zoom" be a location.
3 - Physical location of some sort.
Similarly for other computer based locations for appointments (e.g. Google Meet, various Hipaa compliant sites for medical and so forth).
I would then want that confirmation emails/SMSs send the right kind of message, based on the location. I.e. if it is a physical meeting, then give the address. But if it is Zoom, give the zoom info. And if by phone give the phone info.
Can I do this in Amelia?
For now, I would like to start with "phone". My funnel is simple. I have ads, that lead to a webinar (on stealth seminar) after which they can go to salesfunnel.doctor/apply to schedule a 45 minute combined initial meeting and sales call with Amelia. Once the appointment is scheduled, then I call them at the appointed time on the phone.
You can create these as locations (just add a name to the location - like Zoom, phone , etc. without an address) in Amelia but please note that there isn't a possibility of assigning multiple locations to one employee at the same time, unfortunately, you can only assign different locations to the same employee at different times with Amelia's current built-in features.
So, you can maybe create these as separate services - Service by phone, Service via Zoom, Service at some location.
Also, Zoom is either enabled or disabled for a service, so if you have one service for all above, and you enable Zoom in it, each appointment booked for that service will have a Zoom meeting as well, no matter what location is.
There isn't a possibility of having different notifications in Amelia based on different services/locations/etc. , unfortunately. The notifications are the same for all and they are as you configure them on the Amelia -> Notifications page.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
