We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello, I created a table using a CSV and configured all the columns and filtering. I plan on reimporting the data on a weekly basis but can't find a way to do so. I don't want to create a new table each week because of all the configuring I had to do on my table. Is reimporting possible though?
Hello Firespring
Thank you for your purchase.
Did you create a table linked to a CSV file or by Importing a CSV file?
If you created a table linked to the file, you could overwrite the file located in ..wp-content/uploads/YEAR/MONTH/ folder, and the table will be updated when you do that, but you need to keep in mind that you can't change the structure of the source file, so renaming, deleting, adding or reordering columns in the source file will cause the table to break.
If you're importing the file, unfortunately there's no way that you can reimport the file to update the table through the plugin. You could upload a CSV file (without headers, containing the same-structured, new, data) into this table in the database.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
