We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello, I have created a table which you can see at the above link in the Related URL field. When I first load the page I see the correct sum and average values appear. However they then reset to 0.
Also instead of the symbols for sum and average, is there a way to set a custom label myself?
Finally, I have created a table using this Google Sheets. I see your note about the google sheets issue but I think it may not apply to me. I am pulling in column B and column C from that spreadsheet. Column B pulls in fine, but Column C pulls in as all 0s
Hello Josh
Thank you for your purchase.
I assume the first table is created from an SQL query? If that's true, and the table will not grow over 2.000 rows, you can simply disable server-side processing, and the values should load normally. You can change the labels in wpDataTables settings.
As for Google Spreadsheet file - you have a formula there:
To create a wpDataTable from a Spreadsheet that contains formulas, please follow this tutorial.
Kind Regards,
