Preventing double booking by a customer

    Hi there,

One of my main reasons for choosing Amelia is for what seems to be quite seamless integration with our existing WP user database. The fact that I can define my users as Amelica customers is great because it means that if they're already logged in to my WP site they can easily schedule meetings with Amelia without having to go through another login.

However, I have not been able to find a way to limit customers from booking more than one service for the same time slot, and that's crucial for me.

Meaning, for example, if a user is logged in and has booked a service for, say, today at 9:30, it's important for me that they are not able to book another service for themselves at the same time (thus creating a double-booking for themselves).
I'm sure there's a way to do this but haven't found it in your tutorials and FAQ, so any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi Jonathan Shkedi,

    Thank you for your purchase.

One customer can book different services at the same time in Amelia with its current features, the same customer can't book the same service more than once - this is where there is a block - but they can book different services at the same time, there isn't a limit for this in Amelia, unfortunately.

You can only suggest it as a feature request here, if you want, so users can vote for it and it can be considered for implementation in the future.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
