    Hello Shayn Mitchell,

    Thank you for your purchase.

Could you please explain in more details how it doesn't integrate? Have you connected employees to their Google calendars after you set everything up in your Google account and in Amelia Google calendar settings per our instructions ?

  • Shayn Mitchell replied

Amelia is not referencing the google calendar to verify availability. See attached.

    Hello Shayn,

This is how Google sync works in Amelia - when you connect Employees to their Google calendars in the Employee modals , appointments booked with the employees in Amelia will be created in their Google calendar as well, and the Busy events in their Google calendars won't be created in Amelia, but the time slots of these busy events will be blocked for booking in Amelia (if the option Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots  in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations -> Google Calendar Settings is enabled).

So, please check and let me know if any of this doesn't work on your website.
